We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging to be eligible for a return.

How to Return

To initiate a return, email us at team@thrive-goods.madethis.app with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps.

Refunds

Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving your returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
